Everyone at the Silverstrom group is courteous and highly professional during every aspect of every transaction. The dental care that my family has been receiving with the Silverstrom group has consistently exceeded my expectations for over 16 years.
Shae (and her mommy) had a great first dental experience at Silverstrom Group. The entire Silverstrom family of professionals were extremely patient in making Shae feel comfortable in her surrounding, letting her play with the fake teeth/large toothbrushes, etc before attempting to inspect her own mouth. They made the process fun for her and she will definitely want to come back for her next examination and cleaning. I know that it is unlikely to like a visit to the dentist, but that is not the case in the Silverstrom office. Every one is kind: the atmosphere iis pleasant and of course the professionalism is the very best.
I could not think of going anywhere else for my dental needs - the practice is like family. My kids grew up in Dr. Silverstrom's office. We know we are always getting the best care and feel cared for and respected every step of the way. As far as my family and I are concerned, there is no other place to go.
Topnotch, as usual. Everything works right from the moment you call for an appointment, on your way in as you are cheerfully greeted, all through the visit, and even on the way out as you either set up the next appointment or simply grab a complimentary coffee and wave goodbye to the crew. You never feel rushed, and you always feel welcome.
Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and the service was wonderful!
My family and I are extremely impressed with the Silverstrom Group. They took every opportunity to make us feel comfortable and informed. The entire staff is welcoming, kind, gentle and fun! I will gladly travel an hour for the right dentist!
Office staff very professional. All rooms are immaculate. A very calm environment . Dr. David and Dr. Gary are great. They give a dental makeover to a breast cancer survivor annually!!! Also going on medical missions for free dental care. Amazing doctors.
