I thought this was a nice place when we started visiting a resident a few months ago. But today was a totally different story. The resident was moved to a new room, none of his stuff was put away when he was moved, all just put in a bag and throwed in the corner. Items didn't get moved that we gave him so who knows were they are. HIs room is very dirty. We actually dusted the furniture that is in the room and picked the dried up food out of the corner. If you’re thinking of working here don’t. They’re understaffed and people are always calling off. You might have to do other people’s work. There’s a guy named chris or Chrissy and he’s rude

Would give a 0 but it’s not possible. They charge 11k per month just to neglect the residents. My grandmother fell in the bathroom & got trapped under her walker for several hours without anyone checking in on her whatsoever. She was trapped underneath there & screaming for HOURS. Would never recommend them, do NOT place your loved one in here, it’s essentially paying for neglect & a death sentence
