Loved my house after being built... first problem when I moved in. The orange was left in the sewer pipe. SOOO yes poop starting coming up the into the drains. Second. Electric panel was hooked up and labeled wrong. Third and my current situation my upgraded shower. MOLD ON THE SHOWER TILES. 5 years here. Not on the grout. The TIzlE. Now having to tear the entire shower down and redo. Let's not talk about the appliances. Mi rovwave trips the breaker. And the stove top eyes do not all work anymore... Wow! Silverstone
Every one of my neighbors has had a MAJOR house repair due to their home being built improperly including myself. Currently, my retention wall is falling down & it should have lasted 20 years. We had our house built eight years ago. It is quite disappointing. We will be taking legal action.
I hope whoever is thinking about building a home with Peachtree Building/Silverstone Communities reads this. I have never left a bad review in my life even if it was warranted. I urge you not to use this business as it will come back to haunt you, if the other reviews haven’t already. Once your home is complete you will have ZERO communication with the builder regarding warranty issues being fixed. We have purchased three new homes and this was by far the WORST experience. In summary if you don't want to be cleaning Mud out your brand new carpet, Paint and stain in places it should not be, you don't want dented garage doors, you want windows that actually open, you don't want holes/dents in your new dry wall, you want kitchen cabinets that match, and a home that actually feels like you paid 600+ (closer to 700k) then I would highly reconsider purchasing a home from this company!
