Unresponsive staff. They rented me an apartment with a bed bug infestation and refused to resolve it.
The most unprofessional management company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My fiancé and I had communicated for 3 months about a townhouse in Palmer Park with the leasing agent, Sharon, who is almost impossible to get in contact with. I got a return phone call from Sharon on March 19th that we were finally approved and accepted for the rental property and set up an appointment for us to meet March 20th at 3pm at the property to see the unit and drop off a deposit. Currently reside at one of their properties, The Richmond and cannot get anyone from maintenance to come out to fix anything. No one ever answers despite making requests for months and we just renewed our lease. Whenever we call, no one ever responds back despite leaving voicemail. Just absolute terrible communication and an overall awful experience so far
