Did not want to give one star, should be allowed to give zero. Silverside non-management are horrible, neglectful property owners. Their apartments are totally neglected. Silverside does not answer or return phone calls or emails. There are deep potholes all over the complex and abandoned vehicles. They send emails saying maintenance needs to do repairs, but no one shows up. Snow removal is a major joke. The water bills are so high for a one-bedroom apartment.
