Hello Everyone, Please be advise this company is a Fraud! When you pay your security deposit and you move out you will have major issues in getting your security deposit back. I am warning Everyone I know not to do business with rental management companies that take advantage of low income people. Paid $50 for an application fee and it’s been 2 weeks. What a joke. I’m disputing my charges now. It’s my turn to screw them around.
Currently reside at one of their properties, The Richmond and we cannot get anyone from maintenance to come out to fix anything. No one ever answers our voicemail back, no one responds to our maintenance requests in the app. It just seems like no one is ever there and it’s been like this since we moved in. We renewed our lease but these people wanna raise our rent and add these ridiculous fees, despite never responding to any of our inquiries I genuinely don’t know how this company is even in business. 6/24 is when i submitted maintenance request that toilet is not flushing. It is now 7/12 and it is still not flushing and nobody has been here. This place has been terrible since I moved in years ago (river north village).
