Currently reside at one of their properties, The Richmond and we cannot get anyone from maintenance to come out to fix anything. No one ever answers our voicemail back, no one responds to our maintenance requests in the app. It just seems like no one is ever there and it’s been like this since we moved in. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I moved out TWO MONTHS ago and I’m still getting charged for the gas bill because the building refuses to take it out of my name. I’ve reached out multiple times, I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do, and they just keep brushing it off like it’s not their problem. It’s honestly ridiculous. I don’t live there anymore.
