I live in Grand Blanc at one of their units. I moved upstairs from a family with small children. Hello Everyone, Please be advise this company is a Fraud! When you pay your security deposit and you move out you will have major issues in getting your security deposit back. I am warning Everyone I know not to do business with rental management companies that take advantage of low income people.
