I don’t even recommend 1 star but I had to post this so had to click something these apartment complex is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever heard of in Victoria, Texas starting from the management very unprofessional very unfriendly very bad at their job. I don’t get any respect coming from this apartment. I tried contacting corporate the main management and nothing nothing gets fixed or nothing gets resolved. I just wanna say that living here at Silvermine has been the best thing that has happened to me since I moved to Texas back in 2018. It’s quiet, calm, peaceful. Perfect for those who like me, prefer the calm environment. They are amazing at what they do to keep the amenities clean. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. On April 22, 2026, I notified the front office that water was leaking from the area around my HVAC/water heater closet and causing visible damage to my wall. I provided photos showing moisture damage and mold beginning to develop around the thermostat and surrounding wall. These apartments are the best in town if I have a problem they fix it immediately, all of the staff is kind and helpful, beautiful & safe place to live
This is a great place to call home! Conveniently located just minutes from all the shopping areas, plus the office team is incredible—they keep the community engaged with fun monthly activities for everyone. The reason my mom decided to move here was because of the pet snack station—it was the winning feature for us!
