Office and maintenance staff continue to provide excellent service . They quickly responded to an AC issue and resolved it. They have always provided prompt and successful service. I could not ask for more.
This place needs updating. My son has been in an apartment there for almost a month. The AC doesn't work. He reports it and no one comes into his apartment but they say they came out and fixed it. His apartment got up to 83 degrees and they decide to put in a window unit. The maintenance guy comes over at 11 pm and his first words are "It's hot in here." That got them up to 3 stars but the window unit is moldy and only gets his room cool while the rest of the apartment is in the 80's. It's been 3 weeks. Communication has act... read more
Getting approved was quick, maudi was very knowledgeable and helped get the process moving quickly. We applied at another apartment one week before applying here and we were already moved in by the time we heard something back from the other apartment. The apartment is pretty nice for an apartment, definitely worth the rent amount
