Buyer Beware Dealing with Silvermark Construction, the Owner/Broker of Three Tree Realty and Greg Owen and Linda Owen, has been one of the worst experience in home purchasing my husband and I have ever had. The process seems honorable and friendly but buyer beware. The deceit, quality of construction, unethical and unprofessional conduct from both Linda Owen and Greg Owen are deplorable. As educated buyers we can only reiterate, BUYER BEWARE! We luckily did not buy!
