Dr. Rabia Salman has been very helpful and the office staff is kind.
Things started out great when I began seeing Dr. Majeed. He seemed compassionate and understanding. Well that all changed very suddenly. I had broken my phone and was unable to coordinate an appointment for about a month and I had missed an appointment due to being hospitalized. They dropped me from the practice and left me completely abandoned without any warning. Thankfully my PCP took over and began writing my psych meds. I am surprised by some of the reviews here. Dr. Majeed is one of the best psychiatrists I’ve ever seen. He is so kind and helpful. He even allows for me to do telehealth visits early in the morning so I don’t have to miss any work. Sure, sometimes it can be hard to reach the office or you have to wait a bit to be seen, but this is a small team here. The other staff here are very kind and polite. They never make me feel like a bother. I will continue to recommend this office to my friends and family.

The doctor I saw is kind, helpful. Otherwise, I would not recommend this practice. They have never (seriously.. never) answered their phone. I am always forced to leave a voicemail. They recommended I use the app for questions and refills. However, they won’t respond the those messages either. It is so difficult to get them to put in a refill for my chronic medication because they just flat out ignore my messages. They also only offer virtual visits. So, I can’t even go in to ask for refills / appointments. I’m very fed up w... read more
