Had a Target on my back I started last Thursday & was done with the job by Tuesday Dona the LPN told three different employees "she was going to pipe me down & knock me down" very unprofessional of Dona then when I tried to talk to her about the schedule she trying to make me a CNA from a CMA not going to work that's not what I got hired for then she told me I can finish out tonight I told her she could come in now she keep a lot of drama going but said it's supposed to be family oriented wouldn't even allow me to order supp... read more

My husband was at Silverleaf for over three years. The staff was excellent, for the most part, and really seemed to care about him as well as for him. The food was good and the residents really seemed to like it. Activities were appropriate and my husband enjoyed many of them. The supervisor for each shift was very good about calling me if there was a problem or if my husband needed anything. Silverleaf might not suit everybody, but worked very well for my husband.

My mom was there and got excellent care. Staff is always friendly. Facility is always clean. Administrator is always kind and truly cares about your loved one. Would highly recommend.

If I could give it negative stars I would!!!! These people are horrible to their residents, when my grandmother went into this facility she could walk and feed herself. By the time she came out of it she was confined to a wheelchair and had to be spoon fed by us. When we would go to visit her she would have mysterious wounds and bruises on her person that took almost a month or more to heal; because the dressings wouldn't be changed like they should have been.
