I've been coming here for quite some time, and I must say that there is one woman whom I'm not sure what her name is, but from what I've heard another co worker of hers say her name , sounded like Mayateye or Matee. A Older , over weight woman with a ponytail, I've seen her time to time make ramen with no gloves on, zero empathy for health of customers. Great amazing place. Love this place
I liked the spicy chicken bun but there was a long piece of chicken fat in the middle of the fried chicken that ruined the experience. As for the classic chicken ramen, the broth tasted fatty and oily. The chicken had a funky smell like it wasn’t seasoned with anything. Overall, unenjoyable.
This is the worst service I ever experienced, a lot of people standing crowded in the narrow short front alley waiting for seated or pick up. We can see the bags over there packed well but they just don’t hand over to pick up drivers. And the way they pack food is like a ceremony, they don’t care how many people wait there and if the ramen is cooling down and becomes sticky.
The service at this restaurant is terrible. First, other customers and I had to wait a long time, watching helplessly as our orders sat packed on the counter, completely ignored, while a staff member leisurely poured a drink for themselves. Second, the staff seem to dislike it when customers ask about the status of their orders; after a long wait, when we inquired—even adding "take your time" to be polite—they clearly showed annoyance and gave a dismissive, rude response.
