I most messed up ramen delivery I have experienced so far. I ordered Ubereats and soup spilled all over because they didn’t wrap tape around the lids just like what other restaurants would do. The lids were loose and you don’t care handling soup. Also, I live 4 minutes away and the delivery took like 5 minutes, the soup arrived not warm and I have to reheat it. First time at Silverlake Ramen — Diana and Fernanda were amazing, the service was great, and the food was even better. I’ll definitely return.
I’ve eaten at this restaurant many times before. The food doesn’t taste like it used to, it has gotten much worse. The service isn’t good either. The female server with the heavy makeup was the worst.
