The ramen was pretty decent, and I particularly like the ambience :) I recommend trying this place out (it would be really nice for a casual date)!
This place needs to reconsider the girl who was working last night on the phone. I communicated to her that I wanted to cancel my online order that i had ordered not even 2 minutes ago and I heard her tell the cook not to make it anymore. She tells me i have to contact uber for my refund. The moment i hang up on her my order says "ready for pick up" she purposely marks it off as ready. Food leaves a really bad taste in your mouth and indigestion inevitable when service is discourteous and condescending. Are you doing so well, you're willing to sacrifice customer patronage by your lack of respect and common decency?
Stopped by here recently and honestly the vibe was off. The old asian girl didn’t seem welcoming at all kind of rude and dismissive, like they didn’t really want people there. The service felt unorganized, and the attitude from management wasn’t professional. I didn’t even end up enjoying the experience because of how negative the atmosphere was. when the service makes you feel uncomfortable, it really ruins the whole thing. Definitely not coming back.
