Ms. I recently switched from Pearland Pediatrics to Silverlake because of several bad experiences I had with the doctors at Pearland Pediatrics. I have taken my daughter several times to Silverlake and have had great experiences with Dr. Ghandi and her PA (I forgot her name she is a pretty hispanic young lady). Dr. Ghandi is quick and to the point. Her bedside manner can be better, but she is very good. The PA is so sweet and nice and she is just as good as Dr. Ghandi.
Friendly office!!! I have just recently switched my daughters doctor from Dr.stroop at pearland pediactrics to Dr,Ghandis office and it is so much better. The nurses are very friendly, the women behind the counter not so much but I don't let her ruin my day! We get in and out which is what I like, cause I'm not a fan of other ppls kids running around screaming! My daughteer is healthy, so not to many questions to ask, except she has a sudden rash and were getting takin care of today! FYi not everyone is perfect!!
Unprofessional Staff - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! I have to agree with the first review about the rude hispanic nurse. She NEVER smiles, ALWAYS has an attitude, and is just plain rude. When I took my son there for his first shots, I came very close to hurting her. She just grabbed his leg and started jabbing with no care or concern! Dr. Gandhi may seem nice enough but she doesn't get personal at all. She's in and out as fast as can be, of course I don't see how because the waiting time is generally an hour minimum! If your child is sick DO NOT go this Dr The staff is so rude (specially the Hispanic girl) and never smile. And when my baby was sick Dr. Gandhi told me he was ok and to buy over the counter medicine. Which I had already if it had worked I would not be at the DR. When you ask for medicine she rolls her eyes like your bothering her. Dr Gandhi is all about business, not a caring Doctor I had to wait in the waiting room for 2 hours with an additional 1 hour in exam room with my sick Daughter, Dr Gandhi walked in the room said I owed her money and walked back out. Refused to see my daughter until someone in her office called my insurance. I've previously worked at a doctors office and now that was not handled correctly.
