Granted, it was a small job. That's partly why I'm writing a review. Just a ding, but it mattered to me. They kindly offered to do it, no charge (I brought the exact match paint with me). I offered to pay, twice, and twice they refused. I hope I never need them, but between the way they nicely treated me today + the other excellent reviews, if I do need bodywork, I will be coming here.
Was not gonna leave a review but I read Benjamin Swedlund’s and that was my exact situation today. Front bumper and left headlight are out and she’s sagging, being held together by bungee cords. I dropped it off and it was sturdy and holding well, when I went to go pick it up it was hardly holding together , and was actually missing one cord, so I asked for a lil assistance with clipping it a bit more securely and they hit me with ye ol “not wanting to be responsible” So to sum up, your service is not entirely guaranteed her... read more
I found them through Progressive, they were totally seamless and professional. They gave me an estimate date of completion and finished the job more than two weeks ahead of that schedule! Very responsive on text as well and understanding when I needed more time to answer their questions. I will definitely go back to them if I ever need to.
I do not recommend this body shop for any car that is not a mainstream model. We came with a Saab 2006, which they declared a total loss without any justification and after barely looking at the car. Because of that we had to argue back and forth with our insurance until they estimated the repair costs of our car and deemed it repairable, which it was quite easily in another body shop. I had a very difficult time with my insurance for a very minor not at fault incident and AC plus everyone at Silverlake Auto made what was a very difficult experience the easiest possible two days of the whole thing and the work is incredible PLUS my car came out cleaner than it’s been for a minute (and i clean my car regularly). I can’t recommend them enough.
