The gold Smith offered me $105 for some broke 10K jewelry. I thought maybe because it was in pieces and really old that that was the reason for that offer. Something didn't seem right so I decided. We to 2 other stores and both offered me $205. SHAME ON YOU.... times are tough and people are selling their gold and silver and should trust a Gold Smith. This is kinda like stealing hope people don't sell any jewelry to you in the future
Although I didn’t end up purchasing anything I can say I was welcomed with kindness! I will return in the future 🫶
Went in to buy my mother a gold piece for her 50th birthday. Jessica was very knowledgable and patient with me because I don’t know much about jewelry! She gave me lots of options and accommodated for my budget! Can’t wait to shop there again.
~$100 after taxes to add a 18kt, 4-5mm, small guage, jump ring to a necklace pendent and not returning the old 18kt jump-ring as “cost would have went up another 20 dollars” is insane. Jeweller is overcharging and/or skimming gold for future repairs. Should have just gone back to my hometown jeweller. Wont be returning. Edit: in response to the owner - using the old gold in the repair was not discussed in the beginning, nor is it mentioned on the invoice that I still possess.
