I paid my balance off with them even call to confirm my balance was paid off. Then six months later I received a collection letter for a bill I never received because I was told I had a zero balance.
I went here over a year ago....Had the most awful experience here from the billing to the root canal I had to get. Billing was messed up every time I went and when I was in an awful amount of pain during my root canal the dentist even took off the laughing gas that I paid for, halfway through the appointment and told me I didn’t need it and to deal with the pain, then they tried to charge me full price! Yeah right....straight up rude
Their staff, the treatment, customer service, quality of work, prices, hands down the BEST place you will find in Kitsap and surrounding areas. I have been to several dentists and this place has it all under one roof, general maintenance, whitening, implants, root canals, crowns, most stuff same day. They are incredibly helpful and friendly. Very accommodating financing. They've won me over!
When you come out of the dentist after many times of going through the pain and torture from the work you need done. It’s finally all complete and my teeth are finally all white and perfect. I actually cried tears of joy when Dr. Ferguson handed me the mirror and saw what an amazing job he did. 😁
I just got two fillings in the first time in years and they made me feel so comfortable and let me know step by step what they were doing! I would totally recommend them to anyone!
