Awesome customer second customer care, friendly staff
The dentist there is so awesome for everything he does to take care of his patients.
Staff is welcoming, professional and very supportive. I highly recommend Sunrise Dental.
Dr. Vikram Singh and his staff were wonderful. Everyone did a great job making sure I was comfortable, understood my procedure and kept me informed as it occurred. The staff took extra time to make special notes on my prescriptions and sent after care instructions via email. Dr. Singh is an exceptional dentist, really takes his time looking at x-rays, explaining the options and is gentle and caring throughout the process. Highly recommend him and his staff.
The Front Desk Staff, has in-depth knowledge of insurance plans, and payment options. The Technician (Lilly), was thorough, friendly, and created a positive, comfortable client experience. The Dentist, was direct, showed concern, and insight into possibilities for my dental condition. The dental chair working area and office were very sanitary. They felt clean and inviting from first walking into the reception area, all the way to sitting into the dental chair. All working items appeared to be in their proper places.
Fun to converse with the staff and the doctor . Treated well and it's pleasant.
I was absolutely amazed at the professionalism and the warmth of the staff! I asked about implants and got ALL my questions answered plus more with pictures! The exam and cleaning were fast with no waiting. My wife told me the staff treat their patients like family and I completely agree. I'm so glad I came, and I'll never go anywhere else, for I get everything I need at this Silverdale, WA Sunrise Dental!!
The name fits the office staff, always smiling and full of sunshine. The Dr always takes time to explain every step of your process in great detail.
This was the first doctors office I have been to that did not make me feel scared, or talked down to about the condition of my teeth. They were there to help, and make improvements in a very very helpful way. This is the first time I have left the dentist after an appointment being excited and hopeful about going to my next appointment. As a mom with a deployed partner I have to bring my one year-old to doctors appointment with me.
