We have been in our home for almost 2 years now and I feel I can give an honest review. As I used to work for a home builder in OKC I have experience with builds and warranty issues. First the pros, the guy that handles the warranty issues, Ruben, was great as we needed. We would see him in the neighborhood and he was always quick to help. Nails left everywhere! Absolutely NO reply from Silvercrest Homes despite MULTIPLE flat tires in our community (including ourselves & neighbors on BOTH sides of us!l), my husband & I visiting their office, and both of us calling them countless times. Silvercrest is currently building on several vacant lots in our community, and the crew has been HORRIBLE with leaving nails and all other kinds of metal debris all over the roads in front of the construction sites.
