BEWARE - We have spent 1000's on repairs due to negligence. Plumbing issues galore. I seriously don't even know how we passed inspection. Run away as fast as you can!
We have been in our home for almost 2 years now and I feel I can give an honest review. As I used to work for a home builder in OKC I have experience with builds and warranty issues. First the pros, the guy that handles the warranty issues, Ruben, was great as we needed. We would see him in the neighborhood and he was always quick to help.
