I visited a unit in this building and encountered the worst building manager I have ever met. He was extremely rude and behaved as if he were giving the unit away as a charity rather than renting it out. In my experience with other buildings, particularly at Homestead, everyone was welcoming and friendly. However, this manager is simply not worth talking to. Best luck with anyone who is dealing with him daily.
I went to lifelabs on 21 Surrey st this morning and they weren’t very nice and they even missed my vein and they never even apologized and now I have a bruise there and I tried being as nice as I could be. But I didn’t feel comfortable there at all. I’m not saying they didn’t do their job but they could have been much nicer to me that’s all. I even gave them a nice message the night before and now I feel like I should’ve not said anything but oh well thanks for being patient on this long message sorry about that.
