I'm so dissappointed with silverchain patient home palliative care. My mum was signed up to be looked after . With myself as her carer. Started giving medication to my mother as they told me. Then it was we will see you in 2 weeks. The medication wasn't enough for my mother. So my mother was in pain. We called silverchain to send out nurse, but all nurse said was my mother was constipated because of medication. Then again a few days later. But it was still constipation. Terrible company to work for. Manager does not care about staff safety, dishonest and discriminatory.
Pathetic company. Very untrustworthy and full of lies.
Impeccable support and service…..so grateful to the entire team who helped us with all aspects of my late father’s care…..
