We have lived in Silverbrook for 4 years. The lot rent has been raised multiple times. Overall it has been a good place to live. However, recently, a new home was put in on the lot next to us. It’s not the fact a home went in but, the wrong home for the lot was ordered. Now, the new homes front door is directly in line with our front door and we can see into each other’s homes every time we open our doors. And mind you, this is only like 15 feet away!!!
