Silverbrick is under new management! The new manager Candice has really taken care of all my concerns, and has gone way above and beyond to make things right. I appreciate the quick response from the apartment complex. The grounds are well-maintained. The office staff is welcoming, Professional and helpful.
I am a current resident at Silver Brick and it is the worse place I have ever lived. Maintenance is non responsive and so is management. The new 24 hr maintenance line does nothing but take calls. The service and living conditions are horrible. I will be moving asap. If you value your life and health do not move here it is a death trap.
Horrible,,,nothing changed,nothing updated,,drugs everywhere. Not place to live peacefully or safely...keep looking,save your money
I happen to love where my son Noah and I live at Silverbrick. The staff is excellent, and our APT could not be better! We have been living here for one year and two months. I did not have the greatest credit in the world but they gave me a chance or in my opinion a blessing. When we moved in first it was a great deal with what they offered, Silverbrick actually saved us money with the move in specials and the APT is perfect!!
