5/5 service and treatment. I was in the process of buying a property but I found out through the inspection that it had a previous case of termites. I spoke with a termite person and told me it was all done and safe. Come to find out another week later that there was another live spot with termite. I decided to get a second opinion and Silverback was referred to me by a good friend of mine. There is a technician named Alex that went above and beyond customer service! Very knowledgeable very friendly very informative! I recommend coming to silver back and I am thankful for their exceptional customer service. I will definitely be calling in the morning to speak with management to give Alex some praise.
