I want to start off my saying all of the staff here are very nice, professional and personable but Mia is truly amazing! After waiting in the lobby observing her interactions with patients I was amazed. Mia is kind, communicates well with all of the patients and overall provided a great experience from beginning to end of the visit. I had a great experience right from the moment I was greeted by Alison at check in. This office is so clean. It even has that dentist smell I can recall when I was a child. Only a moment after I sat Kai the assistant took me back and guided me through the xray process. After that I consulted with Dr K. Highly recommend Silverado Ranch Dentistry! I was able to get a fast appointment within 2 days and had a very positive experience for both my in house crown and 2 fillings. No problems after each procedure so far. Front office was positive, kind, and helpful from the start. Felt welcome and had the sense that they cared which is important for someone who has high anxiety even getting emotional regarding the dentist!
