I had a great experience right from the moment I was greeted by Alison at check in. This office is so clean. It even has that dentist smell I can recall when I was a child. Only a moment after I sat Kai the assistant took me back and guided me through the xray process. After that I consulted with Dr K. Highly recommend Silverado Ranch Dentistry! I was able to get a fast appointment within 2 days and had a very positive experience for both my in house crown and 2 fillings. No problems after each procedure so far. Front office was positive, kind, and helpful from the start. Felt welcome and had the sense that they cared which is important for someone who has high anxiety even getting emotional regarding the dentist! The staff is kind, caring, and attentive. The Doctor and Hygienist (from my recent appointment) will inform you of all issues and a treatment plan. They were also able to address my questions and concerns. Mia and Samantha from the front office were able to resolve issues from my health coverage and found a great solution for all parties.
Dr. Artinian was super knowledgeable and patient with me as I had alot of questions. Very swift intake process and super friendly staff.
Great staff and Dr. Karimzada was very thorough!
