After a long search of finding the right dental office, I can officially say I've found THE one! Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and with a huge smile from the two ladies at the front desk. Since I had filled out my paperwork before my appointment (brownie points if you have them filled beforehand), it was a quick check-in process and I waited about 5 minutes before I was called. All I can say it was a great experience, the best service that I have ever received in any dentist office. Very professional, polite and friendly staff also very clean facility. From the moment that I arrived, I felt very welcome by the front desk and the technician also very caring and detailed dentist. I had an emergency dental situation, and made an appointment online. I realized it couldn't wait and went down to the office in the morning before it opened. When it opened I spoke with Mia at the front desk, and she said the doctor wasn't in yet, and wasn't sure I could be seen the same day. She took my number and said she'd call as soon as she spoke to her. I wasn't home for 10 minutes before she called me, and said I could come back by 11 am. Dr. Lin, Jenny, and Mia were very very nice! They were all very attentive and thoughtful, first time being here and definitely not the last. Hardly a wait time and smooth process!
