My primary contact, Kelvin, was very knowledgable and professional. The install team did a top notch job on the project, and the unit has been working satisfactorily and reliably since it was set up - overall they met all expectations quite favorably. I had a Lennox HVAC Mini-Split installed into a stand-alone room of my home, it's over 300sqft of area and the unit provides excellent environmental control with between 30 and 35db of noise (that's about a whisper).
