the apartment itself is very nice and the staff is nice. but some of the people here,that think they don't need to keep,thier dogs on leashes need to think again.i'm tired of having to keep control of my dogs everytime,they see another dog off it's leash. Just putting that out there,everybody needs to have respect for the other people that live here.
I live here and honestly i love the apartment itself but hate the parking. Their is assigned visitor parking that are always full and visitors don't have where to park. And when i come home after 9pm i cant find parking so i have to park very very far! Their are vehicle that don't even get moved they just take up parking space.
Honestly I would not recommend this complex to anyone. My fiancé and I have been very unhappy the entire nine months we have lived here. Parking is the biggest opportunity other than rehiring a competent staff. Finding a parking spot even remotely near our building on Monday nights past 7PM is impossible. I am an Apartment Locator and work with 170 properties. I live at Silverado Crossing and It is my favorite one. It is very clean and the staff is always so diligent and thorough in helping out. The property is very quiet. My apartment itself is amazing massive kitchen and apartment is very functional. The best price in comparison to surrounding properties. Second time this week that someone parks in my carport. First time tow truck company came had the car hooked up when the owner of the car came running out. Tow truck unhooked the car and left. Second time tow truck company had me call the 24 hour maintenance # so they can verify the carport belongs to me I have NOT got a call back and I have called 2 times already.

The apartments are gorgeous! also the community offers dog watering stations, a sparking pool with spa/ hot tub, concierge services, valet trash, gym, clubroom, and a movie theater!
Nice apartments, I really like to live here. Thank you for the great service...
