If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst management company, at least at the Melrose Park Condominiums. Work orders are open for months and nothing gets done. Landscaping is atrocious, gopher holes, they are on a 6-week landscape rotation in Southern California where lawn and landscape should be tended to at least weekly. We’ve had a roof leak that we tried to get fixed before last winter, that the work order is still open 8 months later and no answers as to when it will be fixed. Horrible management.. not helpful at all
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I reported a leak at 930a and they waited until 4:50p to tell me to work it out with my neighbors. The owners don’t live here. I have no contact information for what ever corporation owns them. Water has been entering my unit for a whole day and it’s Friday, so I have 3 days of continuing water damage to look forward to.
