This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I reported a leak at 930a and they waited until 4:50p to tell me to work it out with my neighbors. The owners don’t live here. I have no contact information for what ever corporation owns them. Water has been entering my unit for a whole day and it’s Friday, so I have 3 days of continuing water damage to look forward to. Silverado Commnity Management and Lisa Sandie have managed our association for a number of years. Lisa is always well prepared for our monthly meetings and is responsive when called on to investigate or follow up on requested items. Ours was a small HOA community and Silverado did a great job for us!
