I have been a resident here for two years, The staff is terrible, they pad your rent and will not complete repairs, right now I am missing my patio
Honestly not a huge fan of this apartment complex. The layout isn’t that great

Great apartments in the perfect location
Nice rates, quiet neighborhood, amenities are great, BUT good luck getting anyone in the office to call you back if you have issues with your apartment. Maintenance sucks. Front desk is rude & lazy.
The best community to leave in Simpsonville.
Rents vary depending on time of yr & availability. Great amenities!
This place so far seems like a mix of smaller town comfort (people not afraid to hang out outside and commingle) along with convenience with all the larger city amenities. So far so good!
