This company and, especially Chad Dubin, were very detailed in the loan process but very easy to deal with. Chad was always available for questions or other assistance. He kept us apprised of where we were in the application process so we were always knowledgeable of our position. When the final documents were ready he made it a point to walk us through all of them and handled any questions.
