Silver Threads Victoria here on Quadra St is an extremely important resource for seniors to stay healthy physically, emotionally, socially and mentally. They are so kind and helpful and provide excellent programs in exercise, safety, art, music bingo, soup lunch social, computer use, hearing aids, taxes, food security and so many others.
