The Property Manager Hunter is very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. When issues of the Complex or each Unit arises, he immediately starts the process to resolve it
I have been living here for four years.when I first moved here it was a nice place to live.The roaches is taking over,I have been without air for the last four days and and got a room air conditioner .The maintenance man is on vacation and they can’t find anyone to come and fix the air.For the rent we pay they should have someone on call or find someone to else to come out.I am very upset with Silverstone management.
The property manager Hunter goes above and beyond . The property is very well taken care of and looks immaculate.
Silverstone Apartments is an awesome place to live—super clean and quiet. This past weekend, my AC stopped working on the hottest day so far this year. I figured I’d be stuck sweating it out until Monday, but I put in a request and maintenance was out within 25 minutes. Management made sure it was fixed fast and even followed up later to check in. That kind of service is rare.
Management is friendly and helpful. The renovations are great! Would highly recommend.
