Very friendly staff. Took great care of us. Carl and "Animal" are awesome. They both answered every question we asked, even non mechanical ones.
Get trucks diagnosed sooner. Waiting three days to "maybe" have the truck moved into the shop is ridiculous. I can understand having to wait for a part to arrive for repair, but it shouldn't take days and days to figure out what the problem is. And it shouldn't be days and days before the truck is moved into the shop before doing the diagnosis. If you don't improve, you'll be lucky to stay in business. And seeing a review from Oct 18, 2015 that mentions a long delay, you haven't learned how to improve.
Good about getting my truck fixed fast. The chairs in the waiting room could have been alot friendlier to an old fat man.....but that's more my fault than thiers.
Great customer service and timely work. I have had nothing but good experiences here and will definitely suggest this location to my friends and family. Thank you and keep up the great work.
Terrible service, they never call you back. Got an appointment took one of our trucks in 2011 prostar, it has been 2 weeks and they can't even tell us if they have looked at it. Avoid this dealer like the plague!
Great service day and night crew are both awesome. Always able to get me in quickly and get my rig back on the road. I will continue to come here for repairs and service.
Great people...and good shop..the only thing I didn't like was it took them 10 days to get my truck into the shop.when they first said it would take 4 days..I lost out on making a lot of revenue because of that and I don't thing that matters to the shop..they think owner operators are rich or something when most of us run on a shoe string budget.
