Horrible Experience I'm a bit baffelled... I've read all the glowing reviews about this company and have to think it was somewhat rigged. My experience was horrible. I wouldn't even let them near my floor after they did a "demo". They basically put wax over my dirty tiles. I could have done this with a bottle of floor shine at Walmart. I was to pay them to chemically clean and lacquer my mexican tile floor. When I told the field supervisor "Joshua" that I need to see what the results would be one at least one tile cleaned an... read more
