Customer Beware POS (PIECE OF SH_T) COMPANY!!!!! Ok lets start by saying in the 15 years as a home owner this is the worst company I have ever encountered. I called Silver State Carpet Cleaning (702-583-6711) because there was a coupon, 4 rooms $59.00 that came in the mail. So a young hispanic guy named Abraham comes out and tells me my carpets look good and I really don't need a deep cleaning so he tries to up sell me 49.00 pre treatment more on top of the 59.00 for 4 rooms and 20.00 for a hallway, so the carpets will reall... read more

BE AWARE of the Bait and Switch. Quoted $95 over the telephone. Showed up did their little dog and pony show and then told me it was going to be $175. Negotiated it down to $150. After cleaning the master bedroom went and checked their job. They clean around furniture and did not move. When confronted, employee said they do not move furniture. Called Supervisor and he said he would call them. They completed job leaving water all over the bottom floor tile. Very dissatisfied with their service. Would not recommend to anyone.

BEWARE! This company quotes one thing over the phone and then tells you a different price once at your home. If that wasn't bad enough, they are the rudest most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have to believe their mission statement is to provide ANTI - CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't waste your time or your money!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They quoted me their $59.00 special, 4 rooms and a hallway, I already pretreated and scrubbed the 4 spots on the carpet because I KNEW they would say I needed that, so this jerk said these spots need to be pretreated, I told him these spots are dark because I already did that and they're wet not dirty, he repeated himself, so I repeated MYself, he then said it will cost $300.00 to do the carpets, I threw him out on the spot. I highly recommend Silver State Carpet too anyone who wants a company that takes pride in their work. Great attention to detail and customer service. Five stars.
