Came to their far Rockaway location to obtain a physical for school and was told the NP working does not feel comfortable doing a physical for an adult for school..like huh so I said ok she’s not qualified which I don’t want a Jack in the box screwing up my form! So than I said ok I’ll just come as a regular visit for labs and the front desk proceeds to tell me that there will be a charge of a hundred and change to draw my blood to SEND to the lab despite me having insurance!!! This place is HORRIBLE. If I could put zero stars I would. I went for drug screening and bloodwork. I was punctured 3x just to draw blood. The workers had no idea what they were doing at ALL !! This is not medical school, I’m not a doll dummy to test what works and doesn’t work. The nurse had a student try and pick where to draw blood from and the girl had no idea where to even start. I get a call from my job today that I am not cleared to work because my blood came out as incomplete as well as my urine. I gave both with no ... read more
Went to Siler star because I had a nasty fever. Waited 40 mins in waiting room and there was only one guy ahead of me. 10 mins goes by and the guy in front of me asked how much longer until the doc sees.him. the girls at the front desk said the doctor is taking an hour break for lunch. The girls at the desk should of at least given the people in the waiting room a heads up about the doc taking an hour break. Nothing from them and I would of sat there for an hour waiting. I left. A very crooked company they say I owe the $25 which I paid them when I visited them cash now the send me collection notice. They collection person was nasty .
