The receptionist at this clinic is completely rude, lacks basic decency, and shows zero respect for others. If you don't like your job, you should quit instead of staying here and degrading your profession and your character.
Made an appointment and was seen right away at unit 101a. Recently had surgery and the nurses here are even better than at the hospital. Very quick, very efficient, extremely kind to me. 10/10 would recommend the nurses and staff in unit 101a
Called during my lunch break to kept on getting a busy signal. Called after work to find out my family doctor appointment is on available 3 weeks front he time of the call. Accepted an appointment with another doctor. The person on the phone gave me the wrong time of the appointment. They have a sign on the front desk saying they don't answer calls during lunch or after 5pm. How are professional people who are unable to call during their work supposed to get an appointment?!? If I have to give stars, 1 is only option.
The receptionists are the absolute worst and my doctor has terrible bedside manner. Getting a new doctor is hard, don't bother with this place.
