Tried the brisket sandwich today. Very good. I cannot say that about any other supposed BBQ in the 4 corners area. Will definitely try some other menu items in the near future.

I just grabbed a brisket plate and it was by far the best brisket I have tasted by far in Farmington. The fast and friendly service was also appreciated. I can't wait to grab some more BBQ from them.
Had it for the 1st time today.. Thought about trying a lot. 2xbaked potatos are awesome! Pulled pork, chicken and sausage were all excellent with zero heartburn
This is the best bbq in farmington! I tried every place here but nothing compares to Silver star bbq. It is the only place me & my family will eat bbq from now. My son (Tre) love it so much they catered his b-day party!!

Had the ultimate dog with brisket on it and omg!!! Absolutely delicious sodas are cold and it's ready in minutes, great for people like us... always on the go. Thanks guys/gals.
