I used to go here for vaccinations and small concern for my cats but over three separate bills over the span of Jan 2025 to Jan 2026, I noticed 3 times I was billed for something that they never gave my cats. When I asked them about this it went into a back and forth of phone calls trying to get my money back and the vet was claiming that he gave him the de wormer that we were overcharged for but we remember clearly that he didn’t. He would not give us all our money back. Horrible experience, customer service is non existent

I called for my pet has ear issue, the nice young lady answer my call and asked me what is wrong with my pet. She seems to be knowledgeable on how to give me info about my pet issue. And I was informed that I can bring my pet at that time I was speaking to her on the phone, Katie is very pleasant and friendly to talk when we got there after 30 mins driving, the vet looked after my pet ASAP we are out of there in a flash. I am very happy with this visit.
I had to leave this review because Dr. Du honestly deserves it. About 4 years ago, I took my cat (she was 3 at the time) to another animal hospital because she was vomiting and super lethargic. They basically scared me into doing every test possible: ultrasound, X-rays, bloodwork, two nights of hospitalization, IV fluids… the whole thing ended up being almost $5,000.
