I lived at Silver Springs Apartments for nearly 8 years, and looking back, I genuinely regret staying as long as I did. Over the years, rent increased constantly while the quality of living steadily declined. Management seemed far more focused on finding new ways to charge residents than actually maintaining the property or improving tenant experience. The “amenities” advertised were a joke. Mice infestation
I did not have a bad experience. It was fixed and I am happy with the results
I have lived here for 7 years no problem and the in the last month I have killed 9 mice in my apartment and no permanent solution offered after 3 maintained requests.
