This was my first visit. I called to get an appointment for a broken bridge. They took me the same day. Dr. Bunnag and her staff are very warm, friendly and professional. She is very gentle and wants to assure you are comfortable. She explains everything clearly and gives you all options so that you can make informed choices. I would highly recommend her practice!
During a procedure to fill a cavity, I started to experience anxiety. This was not due to anything being done, but to stresses in my life at that time. I have had this same procedure many times. My whole jaw started to shake. I could not stop it. Dr Bunnag handled it with the utmost courtesy and compassion, although it meant her patient schedule was messed up due to the extra time she had to take with me. Warm and friendly professional staff.Dr.Bunnag greeted me in the waiting room to introduce herself.She gave me a thorough evaluation with explanation and instruction about future treatments and preventive measures that I was to do.I highly recommend this dental practice.
This is an A+ dental office. The staff is cheery and proficient and Dr. Bunnag is a super, super dentist, talented and caring. I have had a lot of dentists in my (many) years and none can compare.
On time and very efficient
Andrea, the dental technician did a great job. I was very pleased with her. I have no comments about Dr. Bunnag as yet and will not until I get a second opinion.
