SSAWC’s customer service is just as amazing as their veterinary care. As a SAHM, it is sometimes necessary for me to bring my two small children along to vet appointments for our two big dogs. SSAWC made these visits so much less stressful by being understanding, compassionate, and lending a helping hand. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in the greater MKE area.
We recently switched to Silver Spring Animal Wellness Center because our long-time vet moved to this clinic. I was nervous about switching but I'm very glad we did. The staff is wonderful, gives us the time we need to ask all our questions and clearly love animals. It's well worth the 30 minute drive to ensure our pets get the best care.
The staff at this facility are loving, professional, and proficient. Dr. Heinrich and Dr. Moss work WITH you if you a believer of integrative care. Dr. Gavaras is a whiz with newly trapped alley kittens in need of our help. Reception staff members Mary and Tiffany could not be kinder! Veterinarian Assistants TJ and Natalie deal with every patient as if he/she were their own companion. This is a FB post of mine from earlier today. I wanted to make sure they got a great rating! As many of my FB friends may know, I recently lost two of my furry friends, Alex and Ty. I just got in the mail the sweetest sympathy card on Ty's passing from all the staff at Silver Spring Animal Wellness Center. I would highly recommend them for your pet(s)' veterinary needs. We recently moved into the Milwaukee area and one of our cats started having an eye issue. When calling Silver Springs Animal Wellness they quickly made an appointment for us. Upon arrival the staff was AWESOME. We ended up having to have blood work done and we're told the results would be back the following afternoon at which time the doctor would call. All of the staff was really nice and friendly. Dr. V and her tech were knowledgeable and helpful. Our dog Mia got great care on her first visit!
