WORST . PLACE . EVER . !!!!!!!
My husband and I went there for the first time tonight. Had so many people tell us how good it was. well we were not impressed at all. potatoes were burnt and had no flavor and the steaks were bland also. they sat us at the smallest table in the place and they were not even busy. Help was not very friendly. We definitely will not be going back.
We reserved the Silver Spoon for a work Christmas party. I ordered the filet mignon and my fiancé ordered a ribeye. My filet came out with the wrong sides and not tender at all. However, that was nothing compared to my fiancé’s ribeye. The poor guy tried to cut off the burnt parts to eat but it was horrible! The service was less than desirable as well. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. I like the music choices, although it may change depending on who's working at the time; I'm not sure. The food is always tasty and fresh. I also like the flowers and wind chimes outside!

How is this gem in Lawton, Oklahoma? Charming atmosphere, amazing service. The owner came to our table multiple times on a busy Friday. Where else does this happen?! The eggplant parm... are you kidding me?! 5star chefs only wish they had this recipe. Don’t even get me started on the baked goods. I would drive hours to eat at Silver spoon. What’s more the owner bought my daughter dessert because she graduated from basic training. I cried, the owner cried. I’m desperate for Vera to open a second location in Boise, Idaho.
