Huge help on very short notice. Could not have done the move and cleanout myself or even organized and managed the various contractors - movers, donation centers, and cleaners. Silver Solutions took care of everything. Professional and a great work.
Silver Solutions is amazing!!! I live in MA and my brother lives in IL. When Dad in OH died unexpectedly last year we had no idea how we were going to get Dad’s house cleaned out. Silver Solutions arranged everything. On day one a dumpster showed up. On day 2 three people came in separated everything into what could be donated and what was trash. On day 3 another group of 3 came to haul donations and toss the trash into the dumpster. We could have never gotten through this without Silver Solutions.
I can’t say enough great things about the Silver Solutions team. From the very start they were on top of everything. “Nervous Nellie” that I am was calmed by staff and I was reassured that everything was being handled. Which it was. Esther was the best and I felt like I had a new friend. She was so efficient. And Kathy handled all the logistics including dealing with the managing agent of the building who wanted every “i” dotted and every “t” crossed before she would approve any work or moving to be done. I hired this company. Valuable things were discarded without asking, I was reprimanded for complaining about it, I had some conflict and a serious health issue that postponed the last day their employee was supposed to come in and then never heard back and was, without warning or a final invoice, charged a final (I hope) amount. Not ok and not transparent. I had a job interview and then came down with a 103-4 degree fever. Not a word since then, but they charged me!
