I walked in and was immediately greeted by multiple workers. everyone is really kind and Andrew was my piercer. He had a lot of knowledge and helped calm my nerves, he had great recommendations especially since it was my first time getting my nose pierced. We took our oldest to get a second lobe piercing. She was really nervous but Jax was really calming and talked her through the whole thing. The piercing itself was painless and the kiddo didn’t feel a thing. Then I got a conch piercing which was done so quickly(again by Jax) that I barely even felt anything. Our experience was really great from choosing our jewelry, to the piercing, and then the thorough explanation of after-care. We will definitely be back!
