i took my daughter here this weekend to get her septum pierced. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and thorough. The store was clean, and well-organized. Our wait was fairly short, the piercing was very quick and almost painless (accordingly to my daughter). We left knowing exactly what to expect, how to clean the piercing and feeling confident we could come back in with any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend.
I always go into this location for my incense and the occasional cute jewelry. But on a whim I decided to have my right nostril pierced! I already have a few piercings, but it had been many years since I had a fresh one so I was a little anxious. Everyone here is INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. When I came in with my service animal they knew the federal and state laws regarding them, and didn't deny me access; they welcomed us both with open arms. Heather, who did my two lip piercings last week, did an amazing job explaining everything and taking her time.
