the lady who did my medusa was super nice but when she went to pierce she went from under and it slanted up right under my nose and so she had to redo the piercing a little lower this time from the top and it's placed correctly now but I was in so much pain and my anxiety was so high I ran out
I had amazing service this past Saturday. They were extremely busy and still had wonderful attitudes and customers service! I got my septum pierced; everything was clean. I felt very safe and cared for. 10 out of 10 I'll be back for sure!
I love love LOVE Silver Safari!! I even have one of the old school bumper stickers :D I've always been treated professionally and been impressed with the options. The Valley location is my favorite. Nothing but happy good vibes ❤❤❤❤

I’ve gone here for years. I get my piercings switched out on a monthly basis. I’d say I am a regular and have ALWAYS had amazing customer service. The girls are all friendly and easy to talk to. Well I moved out of town and drove 2+ hours to come back to have my piercings switched. Kristin helped me. It was by far the WORST experience I have ever had here. I thought we had a decent report going when we chatted about your friendship with a co-worker and your service in the National Guard. If this is also in regards to the $3 fee for a jewelry change other then at the time of purchase, I was just following store policy. I completely respect your decision not to work with me again and I apologize if I treated you as “a waste of time”. That was not my intention.
I honestly hate needles. The people made me feel less nervous about getting my nose pierced. They are very clean. I enjoyed laughing with my piercer. I like the personal attention they give. 😁
I've had almost all piercings done here. great service and awesome staff!
