Went to get my dermals removed and they couldn't get them out after 30 mins of tugging and pulling. Then the lady resulted in trying to use dirty (not sterilized) pliers to remove them and still failed. Ended up at urgent care with a huge dr bill, wouldn't recommend this place for anything.
Silver safari is where it's at. Always awesome and exceptional service, I get all my piercings here and will continue to get any piercings done here. They truly care about the health and comfort of their customers, reflected in their employees as well as the clean sanitary store. They're also just really cool. Thank you valley silver safari!

I have been a customer for 15 years now and NEVER go anywhere else. I have had many piercings done over the years by some of the current staff as well as former staff. Everyone I've ever been helped by has been friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Absolutely love them!
