RecommendedI lived there for 2 years, office and maintenance staff are great. Nice access to some trails for walking my dog, Very affordable apartment with wood flooring. Nice neighborhood and a short walk to downtown Toms River.
I had the pleasure of living in Silver Ridge Apartments for 23 years but I had to move when I lost my job. Leaving Silver Ridge was one of the hardest things I have had to do. The management and staff were always there when I needed them and I cannot begin to express how much I miss being there.
I have lived in Silver Ridge Apartments since 1992... Have lived in Four Apartments.... I cannot say anything bad about Management or Maitnence ... I enjoy living here
I Loved Living Here It's A Quiet Place, Nice Neighbors, And Nice Management & People. And If You Have Any Problem They Gonna Try Their Best To Fix It Right Away ��
Love the fact it is a quiet neighborhood and everybody is friendly and if there is a problem management address it right away
I think management sucks I moved here over 1 year ago I have two kids and one with autism and they placed me and two kids up stairs in a two bedroom apartment. I've never gotten so many notices before threw certified mail , regular mail , and hand delivered. This was since I moved in within the 1st month. I feel like I'm being discriminated against because of my child's disorder and I feel it should be a certain amount of tolerance level for the noise staying in a apartment with hardwood floors. Staff accomodated us during a difficult time while we had to raise our home as a result of Superstorm Sandy.. Comfortable and warm place to call our temporary home...Thanks for everything Silver Ridge!!
I have lived here for years and everyone in the office are very nice and always on top of everything when you have problem in your apartment they send someone right over to fix the problem and they arrive with a smile, The laundry room is always clean and convenient if you do not drive day or night you always feel safe and because I walk a lot with my dog you get to know who lives here in our apartment complexs and you get a wave,smile or even stop to say hello, I would recommend Silver Ridge Apts to my friends and family or... read more
