Dr. Silver is a very good. He take his time to do a full spine therapy, with hot pads to relax the muscles, vibration massage, crack your back and neck gently. In addition he teaches you what exercises/physical therapy is good for your condition. My problem improved a lot from going every week to now going once a month as I need it.
