To give some background, I had been a patient of Dr. Schactner’s for over 10 years. I had a concerning experience with Dr. Schactner when I was about 36 weeks pregnant. During this one particular session, my concerns were not fully heard or accurately represented. Absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Schacter is extremely thorough and cares about her patients. It was eye-opening to see the difference between her patient care compared to our previous psychiatrist.

The best! She treats the whole person, not the disease. Very knowledgeable and professional! She is up to date on current therapeutic processes and medicine. Includes patient on treatment plan and addresses all questions thoroughly.
