Silver Pines Lodge holds a special place in my heart. I cannot express how much I appreciate the work Chris does to make this place so special. I've stayed in multiple cabins throughout my visits. These include the Owls Nest, Cabin 13 and the Foley Cabin. I have been visiting this beautiful place for the past 11 years. I can talk from experience that you can depend on having a comfortable stay with precious memories to be made.
We had rented the Foley cabin for a couple of years, as well as another cabin, which we enjoyed. This year it was a nightmare, the cabin is infested with mice. It is so disgusting, the table, kitchen counters were full of mice poop. Management response ,if you don't like it leave! Poor customer service, very disappointed, it was a nightmare, the mice running around the kitchen walls and counters almost had a heart attack.
RecommendedEach year, our Family celebrates an early Christmas in Idyllwild. We have had the pleasure to stay at the Foley House on more than one occasion. This quaint home is very comfortable and the view is awesome! Plenty of room for the kids to play both inside and out. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. Walking distance to the center of town is an added bonus.Looking forward to our stay this December!!
I have gone to the Foley Cabin every year for over 20 years with a group of women and we always have a lot of fun. We love the deck! We laugh and relax the entire time. We're booked again this year and I'm looking forward to another great weekend. Thank you Chris for your wonderful hospitality.

We absolutely love the Foley Cabin! So much in fact....we have gone every year for the past 17 years and have our reservations set for this next year as well. Service has always been friendly and professional. We also have stayed in other cabins provided by Silver Pines over the years that are equally enjoyable. Can't wait for our next stay. Thank you Chris for always providing us a lovely experience.
My family and I love the Foley Cabin! We have stayed the three out of the last fours years after Christmas! There is plenty of room and authentic, real log cabin ambience! The lodge is a great place to warm up and socialize, and the employees are friendly and accommodating! They even provided boots for my grandchildren who forgot theirs 😃 We hope to continue this wonderful family tradition!

We did enjoyed the room decor and the matress was very comfortable! Since it was cold were in most of the times...after talking and sleeping we watched TV which was too small. ..I am older and don't see well with glasses or with out from the distance on the bed. The bed side should be away from the heater. It should have the top facing the Bear pic.
