This was probably the best experience I've ever had with anything that's involved my daughter so far in her life. They were very kind, considerate, and also patient. Usually, my daughter doesn't like experiences like this anything medical, but she went in there confidently and was very calm. Both my wife (English-speaking only) and I (bilingual) switched to Silver Palms because it is closer to our home and we got tired of paying Coral Gables dentist prices. Everyone was very nice and professional. They checked with my insurance, charged only what was not covered, the hygienist was informative and had a soft touch during my cleaning, and I had a good conversation with the doctor. What more can you ask for? I would recommend them.
